The Family Retreat Weekend is coordinated by our MSBT sisters at Blessed Trinity Shrine Retreat in Alabama near Columbus, GA. The wooded grounds include hiking trails, an open lawn for games, and quiet spaces for prayer and reflection. Catholic families from parishes throughout the Southeastern U.S. attend the retreat to enrich their faith as a family.

MCV is seeking a diverse group of volunteers (men and women, young and old, single and married) to serve at this week-long summer mission.Volunteers will arrive before the retreat begins to help with set-up, and they will help with clean-up after the families leave. During the retreat, volunteers will assist with crafts, games, catechesis, outdoor activities, and more!

As with all MCV summer missions, you must be 18 years or older to apply. Volunteers are responsible for their own flight arrangements and travel costs. There are no other fees for participation in our program, and you are provided with room and board during your time of service. Click here to apply online!
